Overture Health Technologies, Inc. ("Overture," "we," "us") provides AI technology and services to health systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, overturehealth.ai. It does not cover information we process on behalf of a health system while providing our services. That information is handled under our agreements with those customers, including Business Associate Agreements where protected health information is involved.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically. Information you give us: when you request a working session, email us, or fill out a form, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, and anything else you choose to include. Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, we collect basic technical and usage data such as your device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use a privacy-focused analytics tool and only the cookies needed to run the site and understand its use.

3. How we use information

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold conversations, operate and improve the website, and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand how the site is used and to keep it working. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

5. Service providers

We share limited information with the vendors that help us run this site and respond to you, only as needed to provide their service and under their own terms. These include Vercel, which hosts the website, and Resend, which delivers the email generated when you submit a form. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, and then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU and UK GDPR. This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
